Tell me what you have in mind. I'll reply by email.
Everything I can help with. If something here sparks an idea, tap it and tell me about it. I'd love to hear it.
New paintings, music releases, lesson openings and the odd Gizmosis experiment. A few emails a year, never spam, and you can leave anytime.
Armin Rahimi is a Toronto-based multidisciplinary artist and musician whose artistic practice explores the impermanence of existence, mass surveillance, and deepening isolation in an age of constant connection. Originally from Iran, he brings over a decade of experience across film, games and commercial work, from fine art, illustration and art direction to campaigns for print, social and TV, and more recently video, websites and creative coding.
His upcoming exhibition, Cosmic Germs, brings together mixed-media paintings, animated works and interactive installations. The project is currently in development, with completion targeted for late 2027.
Music is the other half of his practice and a lifelong passion. He writes and performs his own songs and is currently working on his debut EP.
He also loves teaching. Through Drop D Guitar Studio he gives in-person guitar lessons in Toronto, helping students play the music they love and find their own sound.
